Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, we offer the following refund policy:
 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made up to 6 months before the event will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable retainer.

  • Cancellations made within 6 months of the event will not receive a refund, but the amount paid (minus the non-refundable retainer) can be applied to a future event within six months of the cancellation date.
     

Non-Refundable Retainer

  • A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This retainer is not refundable under any circumstances.
     

Non-Refundable Services

  • Deposits and any non-refundable services or add-ons will not be refunded.

  • If the event is canceled due to weather conditions or other external factors outside of our control, no refund will be provided unless otherwise specified in your booking agreement.
     

Damages

  • If equipment is damaged or lost during the event due to negligence or misuse, you will be charged for the repair or replacement cost.
